Civil Litigation Solicitor - Bristol

This large insurance company are seeking to hire a civil litigation solicitor to join their civil litigation team in Bristol. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive environment, while gaining valuable experience in civil litigation.

Role:

• Managing a caseload of civil litigation matters to include consumer contracts, professional indemnity and inheritance matters.
• Working on pre litigated and litigated matters from inception to proceedings, including Court attendance.
• Providing support to senior team members on complex and higher value matters.
• Building and maintaining client relationships, progressing claims in a timely manner in line with the client's insurance policy.

Qualifications:

• Qualified solicitor with experience in civil litigation.
• Solid understanding of contract litigation and experience of small claims and fast track litigation.
• Legal Expenses Insurance experience is desired but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
