Melanie has around 18 years of experience in legal recruitment and over 25 years working in the legal sector. She has enjoyed and had great success in the South East private practice team and the Alternative Careers team building strong relationships with law firms right across the South of England. Melanie is currently Marketing Manager for Chadwick Nott, in addition to being the Business Unit Director for the South East & South West teams.
