Interim Senior Legal Counsel (12 month FTC) A leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an Interim Legal Counsel to cover a period of maternity leave. The role is offering remote/hybrid working with office attendance required one day per week. The role will focus on supporting the General Counsel with a broad range of legal matters including general commercial contracts, innovation contracts, IT/Cyber work, data protection and regulatory matters. In-House Solicitor A leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Lawyer (IT &amp; Cyber) to join their in-house team. The role will focus on providing legal advice to stakeholders across various departments, mainly the IT and Cyber teams, but it will also provide an opportunity to support the legal team with general commercial matters. Applications are sought from England &amp; Wales Qualified Solicitor from NQ to 5PQE who have trained at a high-quality national firm and who have experience of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of IT, Cyber and commercial agreements. Legal Counsel A leading energy company based in South Wales is looking to recruit an experienced Legal Counsel to join their highly regarded In-House legal team. This is a hybrid working role with office attendance, in South Wales, required 2 to 3 days per week. The role will focus on supporting the General Counsel with a broad range of legal matters including general commercial contracts, innovation contracts, IT/Cyber work, data protection and regulatory matters. Employment Lawyer - Bristol - 12 months FTC Excellent opportunity for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a leading national law firm in Bristol for 12 months to cover a period of maternity leave. The firm are seeking an experienced Solicitor/FCILEx to join their successful Employment team, part of the Civil Litigation Division. Your caseload would include complex and high value Respondent and Claimant Employment Tribunal matters across the full range of work types including discrimination and TUPE. The work sources include LEI and private instruction. There will also be some non-contentious HR support and advice work required. Commercial Paralegal My client, a leading research centre, are seeking a Commercial Paralegal to join their successful In-House team. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role, offering hybrid working (2 days remote working). You will work closely with the Head of Legal and Senior Counsel.
