Emma joined Chadwick Nott in 2020. She is an experienced legal recruiter, having spent a number of years as a paralegal, whilst also carrying out her training with CILEx. She focuses on recruiting solicitors for firms in the South West and South Wales.

Hannah joined Chadwick Nott in 2022 following almost a decade of working in law firms in Exeter. In her previous role Hannah worked as a Practice Manager responsible for all HR and Recruitment and is therefore able to offer her own experiences and insight from a clients&rsquo; perspective. She has excellent market knowledge covering the SW region. Hannah is incredibly passionate about recruitment and recruits lawyers at all levels from NQ to Partner level focusing on not just Devon and Cornwall, but also the wider South West and South Wales market.

Briony has amassed more than 15 years of legal recruitment experience with Chadwick Nott built across South West England, South Wales and the Midlands. Her area of expertise is Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive and Paralegal recruitment. She has developed strong relationships with law firms of all sizes across the regions. Prior to recruitment, Briony studied Law at Cardiff University and followed this with working for the Independent Police Complaints Commission in Cardiff.
