Charlie joined the business in 2010 after over 12 years recruitment experience gained at very well-known agencies. He specialises in recruiting qualified lawyers of all levels into Interim roles into Private Practice and Industry. He has placed large teams of lawyers, often with particular language skills, to work on projects such as complex Fraud &amp; Regulatory Investigations and large Litigation / Arbitration matters.

Melanie has around 18 years of experience in legal recruitment and over 25 years working in the legal sector. She has enjoyed and had great success in the South East private practice team and the Alternative Careers team building strong relationships with law firms right across the South of England. Melanie is currently Marketing Manager for Chadwick Nott, in addition to being the Business Unit Director for the South East &amp; South West teams.

In recent years, Charlotte has focused on the In-House regional market, placing interim and permanent candidates at all levels from Paralegal to General Counsel.

Iain qualified as a lawyer in 1992 with Penningtons, and joined the firm now known as Blake Morgan upon qualification. In 1995 he decided to leave the law behind, and spent 10 months travelling across Africa before returning to the UK to take up his first legal recruitment position. With 17 years of legal recruitment experience now behind him, Iain has superb knowledge of law firms and a real in-depth understanding of the legal market.

Bianca joined Chadwick Nott in 2014, and she has built a very successful interim business, helping firms and solicitors across the South of England and South Wales. Prior to using her skills in the recruitment market, Bianca worked as a fee-earner for five years, specialising in Claimant and Defendant Personal Injury and RTA fraud matters. She built her experience with high profile regional firms including Irwin Mitchell and DAC Beachcroft.

Kate joined Chadwick Nott in 2010, having previously built an impressive reputation in the legal market and 10 years of recruitment experience at two well-known competitors. With so many years of experience recruiting solicitors into the Birmingham, West Midlands, East Midlands, Milton Keynes, Northern Home Counties and Cambridge markets, Kate has a huge wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist all candidates from NQs to Partners.

Morris has 20 years recruitment expertise and joined Chadwick Nott in 2024 from a boutique legal executive search firm. He is part of the London &amp; International Private Practice Team specialising in recruiting partners, teams and associates across all practice areas with top US, City, National, West End and boutique firms. Morris has excellent knowledge and contacts and an in depth understanding of the legal market.

Luqmaan joined Chadwick Nott in 2024, having amassed almost 10 years legal recruitment experience in the Private Practice market, with a particular focus in the Midlands. He is a trusted recruitment partner of top tier national and international firms across Birmingham with an excellent track record for delivery. With extensive experience in search and selection, contingent hiring and retained project management, Luqmaan has built an impressive reputation assisting candidates at NQ, Associate, Senior/Principal Associate and Partner level secure their dream role.
